2. Services Description

Uprovider provides international staffing and workforce deployment services, including talent sourcing, legal compliance management, and worker deployment coordination between employers and skilled workers.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about job requirements and working conditions
  • Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Provide safe working conditions for deployed workers
  • Make timely payments according to agreed terms
  • Notify us promptly of any issues or concerns

4. Worker Responsibilities

Workers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about qualifications and experience
  • Comply with employment terms and workplace policies
  • Maintain required certifications and licenses
  • Fulfill contracted work obligations
  • Report any workplace issues promptly

5. Service Fees and Payment

Service fees are determined based on the scope of services required and will be outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms will be specified in the contract and must be adhered to by all parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our materials are owned by Uprovider and protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Uprovider strives to provide excellent service but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for actions of employers or workers beyond our direct control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in individual service agreements. Termination does not relieve parties of obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
